These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Design Task Panel (the "App"), a third-party application for Canva developed by Cancap ("we," "us," "Developer"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App adds a task and note panel inside the Canva design editor, letting you track to-dos and notes tied to your Canva designs, and view them across all your designs from a dashboard.
The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Canva Pty Ltd. Canva's own Terms of Use and policies govern your use of Canva itself.
You must have a valid Canva account and be permitted to install third-party apps under your Canva plan (including any team/admin restrictions) to use the App.
You retain ownership of any task titles, notes, or other content you enter into the App ("Your Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and display Your Content back to you and members of your Canva team, solely to operate the App's features.
You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to submit it.

The App is provided on a free, as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and the App may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice, particularly given it runs on free-tier infrastructure with usage limits.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED [e.g., $0, GIVEN THE APP IS FREE].
You may request deletion of all data associated with your team by contacting supportcraftlabs@gmail.com. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect and store.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from Canva.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
